Baccala con patate (cod baked with potatoes, garlic, olive oil)

Fritto Misto (lightly fried seafood mix)

Insalata (lettuce, tomato salad)

Bread from the town of Venafro, Molise Italy (A special bread made with potatoes and wood oven baked)

Fresh Fruit Macedonia (fresh fruit salad)

Paroozo (A traditional cake from Pescara, L’Aquila)

Pandoro (A traditional Holiday bread from Verona Italy)
