Here in Italy, there is such a contrast between old world charm and the ultra modern in design and architecture. My dilemma in selecting design for a The Basic Art of Italian Cooking kitchen here- is choosing between the two-especially when it comes to a place to organize the pots and pans.

Although I have my favorites when it comes to pots and pans and I seem to choose the same pots and pans for specific dishes, many of the other apprentice chefs that apprentice in The Basic Art of Italian Cooking kitchen seem to benefit from the Enclume potracks as well by being able to choose from the wide selection of pots and pans we always have available for them to create and test the recipes from the book series and for the products sent to us for testing in our kitchen.
